The return policy is defined at the product level. For the products returns are accepted, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
